Requirement:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, Digital, or Technology leadership, with a proven track record of partnering with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders. Strong expertise in translating business priorities into IT roadmaps and measurable business impact, complemented by deep knowledge of IT strategy, project portfolio management, vendor management, and IT governance. Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead the strategic partnership between business functions and IT, acting as the key technology advisor to translate business priorities, processes, and growth objectives into impactful technology initiatives.
• Identify and assess evolving technology needs across business units, translating complex business requirements into clear system specifications and prioritized technology roadmaps.
• Shape and recommend scalable, cost-effective, and business-driven IT solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience, and deliver measurable business value.
• Direct the prioritization and execution of IT projects in alignment with organizational objectives, working closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Evaluate technology solutions and their business impact through performance reviews, stakeholder feedback, and value assessments, ensuring IT investments continuously contribute to business performance.
• Drive digital transformation and innovation by identifying emerging technology opportunities, strengthening business processes, and partnering with management to continuously evolve the organization’s technology strategy and roadmap.
• Possesses strong analytical abilities, effective leadership skills, and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information System, or related field.
