Head of Digital Architecture & Security Department
Requirement:
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in leading IT Architecture, Security, or Application Development, with strong expertise in digital transformation covering infrastructure scalability and automation, application development, and cybersecurity. Demonstrated ability to connect the dots and integrate digital solutions seamlessly into overall business and transformation strategies.
- Lead the enterprise architecture transformation by validating and guiding the transition from siloed legacy systems to a unified, interoperable EA; standardizing the Medallion Data Architecture to promote technology consistency and eliminate shadow IT; overseeing infrastructure scalability and automation through network modernization, segregation, and high-availability server infrastructure; developing and executing a middleware strategy to enable seamless data integration and a single source of truth; and managing multicloud, microservices, and on-premise optimization to support digital transformation.
- Expertise in cybersecurity and asset protection, including implementing a unified Zero Trust Architecture and integrated security roadmap across cloud, on-premise, and digital ecosystems; managing full cyber defense operations threat intelligence, VAPT, incident response, IAM, and MDM; and maintaining a comprehensive IT Asset Management (ITAM) program for tracking, securing, and lifecycle-managing all digital and physical assets.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT Governance and Service Excellence, including the development and enforcement of IT Governance frameworks based on NIST, Company Security Roadmap, ISO 27001, and policies to transition the organization from ad-hoc processes to optimized operations; ensuring policies and compliance are aligned with local and international standards; and fostering a service-oriented culture by establishing SLAs and a structured Service Catalog to transform IT from a cost center to a strategic service provider.
- Proven expertise in Digital Transformation and AI Readiness, including designing data architectures that ensure high-quality, accessible, and high-speed data processing; evaluating and piloting emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Edge Computing, and Automation to assess their business applicability; and optimizing scalable infrastructure whether on-premise or cloud to meet the demanding compute requirements of AI model deployment and data analytics.
- Expert in financial and strategic management with comprehensive IT vendor ecosystem oversight coordinating with SCM to ensure third-party services align with long-term digital architecture; serving as a bridge between technical teams and executive leadership by translating complex architectural needs into business value and risk mitigation; and developing program and financial plans (CAPEX/OPEX) that support digital architectural and security investments, driving continuous efficiency and alignment with the organization’s digital transformation objectives.
- Having a transformative and agile leadership style, demonstrating resilience and reliability; proactively approaches challenges with maturity, high integrity, and independence; exhibits critical and analytical thinking, a strong business mindset with impact-driven decision-making, and excellent facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information System/Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
