Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Treasury, FX (Foreign Exchange), Structured Products, and Capital Markets, with a proven track record of leading treasury product teams, driving product strategy and innovation, managing risk and regulatory compliance, and delivering sustainable business growth through effective market and client engagement.
• Led the development, management, and commercialization of FX, derivatives, and structured investment products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Developed and launched innovative treasury and structured products tailored to client needs while maintaining competitiveness in evolving financial markets.
• Oversaw product governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.
• Provided strategic expertise in FX markets, treasury products, derivatives, interest rate solutions, and hedging strategies to support client and business objectives.
• Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams, to ensure successful project execution and product delivery.
• Built and maintained strong relationships with clients, regulators, and strategic partners to enhance market presence, support business development, and drive sustainable growth.
