Head of Risk Management
Requirement:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience within the financial services industry, shaping enterprise governance and risk frameworks while advising senior leadership on strategic risk management to protect organizational stability and long-term growth.
- Develop and continuously refine corporate governance policies and enterprise risk management structures aligned with regulatory expectations and industry-leading practices.
- Integrate enterprise risk appetite with business strategy, ensuring disciplined risk oversight across corporate and divisional risk portfolios through robust assessment frameworks.
- Lead ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 governance initiatives, strengthening operational resilience and advancing quality and information security management systems.
- Provide independent and objective risk perspectives on strategic initiatives and major operational decisions, enabling balanced growth while safeguarding organizational risk exposure.
- Serve as a strategic liaison with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders, delivering clear reporting on enterprise risk exposure and governance effectiveness to executive leadership and governance committees.
- Demonstrate unwavering integrity, exceptional analytical rigor, and sound professional judgment providing principled, objective oversight and confident decision-making in complex regulatory and risk environments within the financial services industry.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Legal, or other related fields; a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
