Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the IT field, ideally within multinational organizations, including more than 5 years in leadership roles. Demonstrates extensive expertise in managing diverse IT functions, including IT strategy and budgeting, systems development, technology infrastructure, and vendor management to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute the country IT strategy and technology roadmap, ensuring strong alignment between local business priorities and global IT vision, architecture, and transformation initiatives.
• Serve as the strategic IT partner to business leaders and key stakeholders, building strong relationships with management teams and process owners to translate business needs into impactful technology solutions.
• Lead demand management and IT portfolio governance, ensuring projects and initiatives are effectively prioritized, planned, executed, and communicated to deliver measurable business value.
• Drive large-scale technology programs and enterprise system implementations, collaborating with regional and global IT teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance capabilities across multiple markets.
• Oversee IT operations, service delivery, and user experience, including end-user services, change management, and engagement strategies to ensure high system adoption and operational efficiency.
• Manage IT planning, governance, and financial performance, including budget control, vendor coordination, and continuous evaluation of emerging technologies to position IT as a strategic capability partner for business growth.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, experience of a multicultural environment is a major bonus Experience in managing multi-country teams would be a benefit Self-starter, positive attitude, and drive for results
• Proficient in English both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science or related fields.
