Head of Ready To Drink
Requirement:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive Marketing and Innovation experience in FMCG, preferably within the beverage category. Lead RTD portfolio strategy, drive product innovation and brand growth, own P&L performance, and execute data-driven go-to-market initiatives to deliver sustainable business expansion and competitive advantage.
- Lead end-to-end product innovation and portfolio development, driving the creation, launch, and scaling of high-impact RTD products from concept to commercialization.
- Leverage deep consumer and market insights in the beverage category, translating evolving trends and behaviors into winning product propositions.
- Provide strong cross-functional leadership, aligning Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and senior stakeholders to deliver seamless execution and business results.
- Apply sharp commercial acumen, developing data-driven strategies grounded in consumer understanding, customer dynamics, and financial performance metrics.
- Manage and direct external partners and agencies (research, creative, packaging, and design) to ensure brand consistency, innovation excellence, and speed to market.
- Navigate complex regulatory landscapes with resilience and strategic clarity, delivering compliant yet bold, market-leading solutions while acting as a thought leader within the organization.
- Demonstrates visionary leadership and commercial agility in driving Ready-to-Drink portfolio growth, combining strong market insight, cross-functional collaboration, and execution excellence to accelerate innovation, optimize performance, and strengthen brand competitiveness in the consumer goods market.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields; a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
