Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of pharmacy experience, including 3 years in a hospital setting, with certifications in Hospital Pharmacy Management, Clinical Pharmacy, and Pharmaceutical Logistics. Lead pharmaceutical operations, ensure regulatory compliance and medication safety, and drive efficient procurement and inventory management to uphold clinical excellence and patient safety.
• Lead the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and regulatory frameworks, ensuring full compliance with healthcare standards and continuous enhancement of pharmaceutical services.
• Drive strategic annual planning, including program development, budgeting, infrastructure planning, and workforce forecasting to support operational excellence and service expansion.
• Oversee formulary governance and vendor management, evaluating and approving medications and medical devices, ensuring partnerships exclusively with authorized distributors to maintain quality and compliance.
• Direct operational excellence initiatives, including stock opname scheduling, service process optimization, and continuous quality improvement across all pharmacy functions.
• Strengthen organizational capability through structured training programs, performance evaluations, and proactive talent development to elevate team competency and accountability.
• Champion quality assurance and service integrity, monitoring patient complaints, evaluating pharmacy performance metrics, updating formularies, and delivering strategic solutions to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
• Demonstrates decisive leadership with a results-driven mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high standards of pharmaceutical care within the hospital. Possesses strong collaboration abilities across departments.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (S1 Apoteker) with managerial training, certified in Hospital or Clinical Pharmacy Management and Logistics, holding valid Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker (STRA) and Surat Izin Praktik Apoteker (SIPA), complemented by a professional recommendation letter.
