Head of Strategy & Investment
Requirement:
- Minimum 8 years of Investment experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership to developing the long-term holding strategy, monitoring the execution of group strategies and KPIs, and leading the planning, implementation, and assessment of investments; additionally, this role involves analyzing market and industry trends, managing the subsidiary portfolio, and forging strategic partnerships to drive business growth and ensure sustainable success for the holding company.
- Formulate the company's vision, mission, strategic goals, and key policies to guide organizational direction.
- Ensure the alignment of subsidiary strategies with the overarching group strategy through effective oversight.
- Define, implement, and monitor KPIs at both group and subsidiary levels to track progress toward strategic objectives.
- Lead performance evaluations of strategic initiatives and KPI achievements to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, analyze industry trends, and evaluate competitors to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee investment planning, feasibility assessments, valuation processes, and due diligence to support informed investment choices.
- A strong analytical mindset, proactive information-seeking attitude, business-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, effective negotiation abilities, and a high level of organizational commitment are essential qualities for this role.
- Good in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economic, Finance, Accounting, Management, Business, or related field.
