Head of Sales Eye Center

Requirement:

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in sales with a strong track record in the eye center, hospital, or healthcare industry, demonstrating success in driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, achieve business targets, and expand the Eye Center’s market presence across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks.
  • Inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance evaluation to ensure excellence in execution and consistent achievement of sales goals.
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with hospitals, clinics, ophthalmologists, and key industry stakeholders to strengthen referral networks and enhance brand reputation within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to design innovative promotional strategies that increase brand visibility, patient acquisition, and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to develop integrated campaigns and patient engagement programs that elevate service quality and patient experience.
  • Ensure compliance and ethical standards are upheld across all sales operations, maintaining alignment with healthcare regulations, company policies, and industry best practices while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • A strategic and results-driven leader with exceptional business acumen, outstanding negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate and inspire teams toward achieving ambitious goals.
  • Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
