Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of Risk Management experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership to oversees the implementation of risk management and compliance policies across the holding and subsidiary companies, ensuring effective management of strategic, operational, financial, legal, and reputational risks, while ensuring all group activities adhere to laws, regulations, and internal policies to safeguard business continuity and enhance stakeholder trust.
• Lead the development and implementation of the group's Risk & Compliance Framework, ensuring adherence across all entities.
• Oversee risk identification, analysis, mitigation, and monitoring processes, including setting risk appetite and tolerance levels.
• Direct the preparation and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and ensure regular risk and compliance reviews are conducted.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies, reporting risk and compliance status to the Board of Directors and Commissioners.
• Promote risk awareness, training, and a compliance-oriented culture throughout the group, providing strategic advice on risk and compliance matters.
• Manage relationships with regulators, handle urgent risk or compliance issues, and support the development of risk and compliance information systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to evaluate risks and craft effective strategies, along with demonstrated leadership in managing teams and projects to successfully lead a risk management department.
• Good in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business, Law or related field; BSMR level 3 or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
