Requirement:

• More than 10 years of nursing experience, including experience serving as a Head of Nursing Division, Nursing Manager, or similar role. Prior training in Head of Department Management, SNARS Assessment, and Credentialing is a plus.
• Ensure the implementation of hospital regulations, policies, guidelines, and SOPs related to nursing services, while monitoring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong focus on patient safety.
• Oversee and control the delivery of nursing services across the hospital, ensuring effective, efficient, and high-quality patient care in accordance with established clinical standards, hospital policies, and patient safety requirements.
• Lead the implementation of patient safety and Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) programs across the hospital, including the monitoring of related infection control reports.
• Coordinate nursing-related units across the hospital and oversee the management and delivery of nursing services, while monitoring service quality through regular nursing meetings, quality rounds, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage nursing workforce requirements, staff development, and performance management of nursing personnel, while overseeing the competency assessment of Department Heads.
• Provide strategic input and recommendations to the Hospital Director on nursing services and operational matters.
• Have strong leadership, integrity, accountability, and a collaborative mindset, with a commitment to patient safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a Master’s Degree in Nursing, Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field is highly advantageous.
