Requirement:

• Minimum of 10 years of proven expertise in Facility Management, Safety, and General Affairs, with strong mastery in asset management, strategic procurement, and comprehensive hospital facility maintenance.
• Develop and implement the annual work plan for the FMS & GA Division in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Manage all office facilities, buildings, vehicles, and work equipment operations to ensure optimal functionality, including maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
• Oversee procurement activities for general goods and services covering vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.
• Control and monitor company assets and inventories to ensure proper usage, maintenance, documentation, and cost efficiency in all operational activities.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of the FMS & GA team, coordinate with other divisions, and address internal complaints related to facilities and general services effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (K3) while identifying risks, and continuously recommend improvements, innovations, and efficiency measures in facility and general services management.
• Possesses outstanding leadership, effective planning, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to foster strong collaboration across departments.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field, with a solid educational background supporting effective facility and organizational management is preferred.
