Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of Finance experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership to oversees the entire financial operations of the holding group, encompassing consolidated financial reporting, financial planning and control, tax management, treasury, and accounting supervision, ensuring transparency, accuracy, regulatory adherence, and providing strategic insights to the Board through thorough financial analysis.
• Develop and implement the group's financial strategies and policies in accordance with Board directives.
• Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements based on PSAK/IFRS standards and ensure compliance with the Group Financial Reporting Template across all subsidiaries.
• Manage financial planning, cash flow projections, budgeting, and financial performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise tax compliance, provide advisory on strategic transactions, and oversee treasury functions including liquidity, funding, investments, and financial risk management.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses related to urgent reporting, investment issues, or strategic projects such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.
• Lead and coordinate the Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams to achieve targets, maintain relationships with external auditors, regulators, and financial partners, and support strategic investment decisions.
• Demonstrates strong time management and leadership abilities, effectively prioritizing and supervising multiple tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Possesses excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Good in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economic, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
