Requirement:

• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in ophthalmology services or hospital management, with proven track record in transforming clinical services into Centers of Excellence, with strong reputation and networks within the medical/ophthalmology community, expertise in branding and community outreach including  patient management also business development.
• Lead the strategic development, clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and growth of Eye Center to establish it as a Center of Excellence in ophthalmology.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans, positioning the center as a top-tier ophthalmology facility and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and innovative eye care services by maintaining clinical standards, patient safety, accreditation, and collaboration with medical specialists.
• Oversee budgeting, financial projections, resource allocation, and operational performance through data analysis and KPI monitoring for continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop the team, foster a collaborative work culture, and leverage the latest ophthalmic technologies, including digital health solutions and AI, to enhance patient care.
• Possesses strategic leadership and a strong vision, with excellent managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills to oversee operations and finances, along with innovative and adaptable thinking to drive digital transformation in healthcare.
• Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Medical with a specialization in Ophthalmology (Sp.M) is preferred; additional qualifications in hospital or healthcare management are a plus.
