Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of Corporate Services (HR, GA, Procurement, IT) experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership to developing, executing, and supervising corporate policies and services such as HR Management, General Administration, Procurement, and Information Technology, to ensure the organization’s support effectively enables the strategic objectives of the holding company and its subsidiaries.
• Formulate and oversee strategies and policies for Corporate Services, including HR, General Administration, Procurement, and IT functions.
• Supervise the effective implementation of group HR policies, encompassing recruitment, succession planning, talent development, and performance management.
• Manage and oversee general administrative operations and the company's asset management to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure transparent, cost-effective, and efficient procurement processes for goods and services across all group subsidiaries.
• Lead the development and management of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and information systems to support business growth and innovation.
• Foster strong coordination with subsidiaries on HR, GA, procurement, and IT policies, while supporting organizational transformation, digital initiatives, and strategic projects.
• A strong candidate must demonstrate strategic and operational expertise with the ability to align initiatives with business goals, coupled with exceptional leadership, interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and the professionalism to handle confidential matters with integrity.
• Good in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Law, or related field.
