Head of Commercial Division
Requirement:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in medical services, hold certifications in Quality and Leadership training as well as Sales and Public Relations/Customer Relations, be proficient in computer and internet operations, and possess STR and SIP/SIK for medical and nursing professionals.
- Assist the Hospital Director in ensuring the effective functioning of corporate sales/marketing and insurance, public relations and customer relations, and high-quality, informative, and caring front-office services.
- Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Prepare and monitor annual work programs, budgets, and capital expenditures for sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office departments.
- Performance and Service Management: Conduct staff performance evaluations, supervise departmental functions, and ensure the implementation of SOPs to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Market Analysis and Product Development: Analyze competitor profiles and hospital pricing, develop and enhance superior hospital service products, and increase competitiveness through product modification.
- Coordination and Reporting: Attend meetings with the Director, Board of Directors, and division heads; report on activity implementation, service utilization, and budget impacts.
- Team Performance Management: Plan for staffing needs, provide training and coaching, and evaluate staff performance to ensure competence and service excellence.
- Advisory and Leadership Role: Offer strategic advice to the Director, sign official documents within authority limits, and propose equipment and resource needs to support departmental functions.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of medical records, health information, hospital documents, and all related information.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Profession and a Master's degree in Management or Hospital Administration.
