Head of Business Office (Hospital)

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospital Business Office, preferably with ICA experience, supplemented by verification training certification, with a solid understanding of hospital operational workflows and experience in insurance/BPJS assurance.
  • Ensure the professional delivery of Business Office services by monitoring regulatory compliance and continuously improving service quality and patient safety standards.
  • Manage activities in accordance with policies and standards while coordinating data collection, analysis, and reporting to the Quality Committee to ensure data accuracy for informed decision-making and departmental report review.
  • Oversee seamless patient services by implementing and developing Business Office operations, while establishing service regulations aligned with hospital strategy and monitoring departmental work plans.
  • Set targets, evaluate performance, and plan staffing and training to achieve hospital objectives while actively participating in strategic coordination meetings with the Hospital Director, Board of Directors, and division heads.
  • Report on Business Office activities; supervise departments including Registration, ICA, BPJS, and Inhealth.
  • Possesses strong analytical abilities, effective leadership skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sciences or a related field is required.
