Head of Audit & Compliance
Requirement:
- Minimum 8 years of Internal Audit experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership to oversees and ensures independent, objective, and effective internal audits across the holding company and its subsidiaries, providing valuable insights and recommendations to strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance, the fairness of financial reporting, the detection of fraud risks, and promote good corporate governance (GCG).
- Develops and implements risk-based internal audit plans on a strategic and annual basis.
- Leads the execution of operational, compliance, and financial audits, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Oversees investigations into suspected fraud and suspicious transactions.
- Ensures audit activities comply with the International Internal Audit Standards (IIA).
- Reports audit findings to the President Director and the Board of Commissioners/Audit Committee, and monitors follow-up actions.
- Provides advisory support to management on internal controls and risk mitigation, while developing the internal audit team’s competencies.
- A highly skilled professional with strategic thinking and risk assessment capabilities, strong leadership and team development skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, proficiency in audit software, data analytics, and governance tools, and a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Good in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business, or related field; CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
