Head of Ancillary Services Division
Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years as a Head of Ancillary Division for overseeing the efficient, high-quality delivery of essential supporting services that are vital to patient diagnosis and treatment, ensuring smooth operations, patient safety, and overall hospital success.
- Manage and oversee all supporting services to ensure efficient, high-quality operations that meet patient needs and medical standards.
- Ensure the availability and proper delivery of diagnostic and ancillary services, adhering to established standards, ethics, and competencies.
- Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of quality data and clinical indicators to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all departmental records in compliance with service standards and policies.
- Collaborate across departments to optimize service integration, control costs, enhance patient satisfaction, and implement innovations for improved support services.
- Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Profession and Master's degree in Management or equivalent.
