Head of Business Development (EPC Oil & Gas)

Requirement:
- Minimum 15 years of extensive experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Commercial roles within EPC Oil & Gas or related Energy industries, demonstrating deep sector knowledge.
- Expertise in developing and executing strategic initiatives to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue.
- Strong industry network with established relationships across Upstream, Downstream, Midstream Oil & Gas, Power, and Industrial sectors.
- In-depth understanding of EPC project lifecycles, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proven leadership in managing and inspiring high-performing business development teams to achieve targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, contracting, and deal-closing skills, ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements.
- Superior communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership while shaping long-term strategic plans.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
