Requirement:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial management and strategic planning across chemical/petrochemical, fertilizer, oil & gas, manufacturing, and energy sectors, with strong exposure to commercial strategy, investment analysis, project development, contract negotiation, and managing business growth initiatives.
- Strong experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, supplier management, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain optimization, preferably within a complex or multinational environment.
- Proven experience in managing and negotiating high-value commercial contracts with suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners, with strong understanding of commercial terms and contractual obligations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain risk management, business continuity, international trade regulations, commercial compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies, identify new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and support long-term business and revenue growth.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with multinational corporations, suppliers, industry leaders, and other key stakeholders, while working cross-functionally with finance, operations, legal, and executive teams.
- Strong understanding of market trends and industry dynamics, with experience representing organizations in industry forums, conferences, trade events, or other strategic business platforms.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing commercial or supply chain teams.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Econometrics, Chemical Engineering or related field.
