GM Marketing Communication
Requirement:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Branding, or Corporate Communication, including at least 5 years in senior managerial roles, with strong expertise in integrated marketing communication (IMC), brand management, media relations, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and execute annual marketing communication plans, including brand strategy, media planning, and digital communication, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the design and production of promotional materials such as brochures, videos, posters, and digital content, maintaining brand consistency and quality.
- Manage media relations to secure positive coverage, handle issue management, and ensure all public communications adhere to brand guidelines and ethical standards.
- Lead the implementation of promotional campaigns for new products/services and brand activation activities, while developing crisis communication strategies to protect the company's reputation.
- Analyze communication trends and customer behavior to support innovative promotional strategies, monitor campaign performance, media exposure, and branding outcomes, and optimize ROI.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including hospital directors and division heads, and negotiate with third-party vendors, agencies, and media partners for promotional activities.
- Establish KPIs, manage marketing communication budgets, approve campaigns and media placements, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management to enhance brand positioning and corporate image.
- Possesses exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, public speaking, and storytelling; demonstrates strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to work under tight targets; exhibits high creativity and a strong understanding of media trends and consumer behavior; and is capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or other related fields.
