Requirement:

• Minimum of 15 years of senior management experience in healthcare, demonstrating comprehensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management within healthcare or hospital settings, coupled with proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions to support the strategic growth and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and providing insights to executive leadership to drive informed decision-making.
• Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning aligned with hospital strategic goals, developing detailed models and scenario analyses.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to evaluate new projects, service lines, and investments, providing financial insights and risk assessments.
• Monitor operational costs, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulations, and oversee internal controls for financial reporting and planning.
• Manage and develop the FP&A team, fostering collaboration across clinical, operational, and commercial departments for integrated financial management.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written.  A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
