GM of Client Acquisition & CRM
Requirement:
- Minimum of 15 years of senior management experience in healthcare marketing, client acquisition, or a related field, proven in driving patient volume growth (experience in a hospital setting is a significant plus), and strong understanding of healthcare marketing principles, campaign execution, and CRM/data analysis tools.
- Strategic Vision: Develop and implement comprehensive patient acquisition strategies across all hospital service lines (ER, OPD, IPD, MCU, Screening, Wellness, etc.), focusing on measurable growth and ROI. This includes deep understanding of target demographics, competitive landscape, and effective utilization of various marketing channels.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate new corporate/account partnerships and strategic international collaborations (insurance companies, corporations, embassies) to drive patient volume. This requires strong cross-functional collaboration with the Associate Director of Sales to develop and implement innovative acquisition models for business partners.
- Referral Optimization: Enhance the Medical Tourism Group referral strategy for Medical Tourism Agents and International Patient Coordinators. This includes designing, implementing, and monitoring a robust execution plan to maximize referrals, track results, and identify areas for improvement.
- Design, implement, and optimize a comprehensive Medical Tourism Group CRM model encompassing loyalty programs, repeat visits, preventive health services, customer experience management across all hospital touchpoints, a high-performing contact center focused on patient acquisition, and a robust digital CRM program.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, independent and collaborative work style, knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
