GM of Center of Excellence
Requirement:
- Minimum of 15 years of senior management experience in a hospital or healthcare facility, overseeing a specialized department or center of excellence including product development in cardiology, oncology, and other areas with proven expertise in managing hospital operations, financial planning, and strategic initiatives, complemented by a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards (e.g., JCI, ISO), and healthcare information systems and technology.
- Provide strategic leadership for the Center of Excellence, ensuring operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and high-quality patient care.
- Develop and oversee business plans, budgets, compliance, and performance metrics, while driving quality improvement, safety, and accreditation efforts.
- Lead and motivate senior management and staff, fostering a patient-centric culture and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and the community.
- Monitor operational and financial performance, manage resources effectively, and stay updated on industry trends to maintain hospital leadership and continuous improvement.
- Possessing excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to engage staff, stakeholders, and external partners, and the capability to lead change management initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sciences or a related field is required, with a Master’s Degree (such as MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred, especially for candidates with a medical background.
