Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in operations or supply chain, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with strong expertise in supply chain management, logistics, ISO 13485 standards, and Good Distribution Practice.
• Having expertise in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, including overseeing and optimizing import processes, documentation, licensing, customs, and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Ensuring Regulatory Compliance by adhering to applicable health and safety regulations, product registration, and government policies in Indonesia, such as those from the Ministry of Health and BPOM.
• Managing Inventory effectively by monitoring stock levels, ensuring accuracy, and organizing storage to minimize damage or loss.
• Establishing and maintaining quality control standards, developing SOPs, and conducting routine inspections to ensure products and services meet specified standards.
• Leading and managing operational teams, strategic planning, budgeting, and problem-solving to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
• Having a strong leadership spirit, excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, target-oriented, honest, loyal, with integrity, and capable of adapting and working effectively under pressure.
• Good in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, or related field.
