Requirement:

• Minimum 12 years’ experience with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience leading commercial/sales teams in Indonesia in the healthcare industry.
• Lead end-to-end commercial strategy, driving profitable growth through market penetration, innovative product launches, competitive pricing strategies, and disciplined financial management to achieve revenue, margin, and market-share targets.
• Build and manage high-performing direct and indirect sales channels, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation while ensuring strong financial governance and timely business reporting that enables proactive mitigation and strategic decision-making.
• Shape and execute long-term integrated business strategies across sales, marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and market access, ensuring alignment with company vision, operational excellence, and continuous performance improvement across all functions.
• Accelerate business expansion by identifying new market segments, partnership opportunities, and competitive advantages, navigating complex industry landscapes to unlock sustainable growth and strengthen market leadership in Indonesia.
• Champion organizational culture and change leadership, keeping company values at the forefront of decisions, fostering high-performance teamwork, and developing talent to build a resilient and future-ready organization.
• Ensure operational efficiency and execution excellence by optimizing supply chains, controlling costs, managing risks, and responding rapidly to market challenges—consistently turning obstacles into strategic opportunities.

• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field is required, with preference for candidates experienced in the medical devices industries.
