Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)
Requirement:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on software development experience, designing and delivering secure, high-performance applications by leveraging strong expertise in relational databases, SQL, cloud platforms (PostgreSQL a plus), modern front-end technologies (TypeScript, React), backend development (C# a plus), and building scalable RESTful APIs with performance optimization and encryption best practices.
- Design, develop, and rigorously test high-quality software solutions, producing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that is robust, scalable, and production-ready.
- Own and enhance core product components, including backup and reliability-focused systems, playing a key role in long-term maintenance, optimization, and performance improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across a growing codebase, applying strong analytical and debugging skills to ensure system stability and resilience.
- Collaborate closely within Agile/Scrum teams, actively participating in ceremonies, providing accurate progress updates, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver high-impact solutions with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of technical decisions while consistently meeting quality and delivery expectations.
- Research emerging technologies and document findings clearly, producing detailed technical design documentation to support knowledge sharing and future development.
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal excellence, aligned with a culture of expert collaboration, customer-centric problem solving, trust, and high adaptability to change.
- Proficient in English (spoken & written). Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
