Frontend Engineer (WFA)
Requirement:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Web Software Engineer, leading the end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance web applications translating business and UI/UX requirements into clean, efficient code, collaborating cross-functionally, optimizing performance, and driving best practices across the frontend development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript technologies including React.js and Node.js, ensuring high performance and seamless user experiences.
- Architect and implement advanced state management solutions leveraging industry-standard workflows such as Redux or Flux to build robust and maintainable frontend systems.
- Drive excellence across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirement analysis and development to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement following best practices.
- Optimize application performance through benchmarking, monitoring, and proactive performance tuning to deliver fast, reliable, and responsive interfaces.
- Leverage modern development tools and frameworks such as TypeScript and Next.js to enhance code quality, scalability, and overall application efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams, bringing a user-centric mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to feedback and innovation.
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking and strong programming fundamentals, coupled with meticulous attention to detail to deliver clean, precise, and high-quality frontend solutions that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
