Fleet Operation Manager

Requirement:
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on operations experience ideally within fast-paced startup environments driving fleet operations performance through effective driver management, process optimization, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to ensure reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient transportation services.
- Lead and scale the driver onboarding function, managing call operations and document verification teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient onboarding outcomes.
- Coach, mentor, and performance-manage agents to consistently achieve KPIs, service quality standards, and productivity targets.
- Own onboarding conversion performance, monitoring funnel metrics across markets and cities while driving continuous improvements at every stage.
- Partner closely with QA and regional teams to elevate agent quality, refine onboarding policies, and ensure consistent execution across regions.
- Collaborate with Lead Generation and Marketing teams to optimize driver acquisition quality, improve lead conversion, and maximize ROI from paid channels.
- Continuously improve onboarding workflows and processes, proactively identifying efficiency gains, automation opportunities, and scalable best practices.
- A positive, passionate, and self-driven leader with a sharp eye for detail and strong critical thinking skills, driven by a continuous improvement mindset. Demonstrates excellent people management and leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate effectively across functions through clear, confident communication.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field.
