Requirement:

• Having over 5 years of proven experience as a Finance & Accounting in a public accounting firm, demonstrating strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including month-end and year-end processes, accounts receivable, payroll, utilities, general ledger, and check runs..
• Manage treasury functions such as cash receipts, cash forecasting, budgeting, and capital asset reconciliations to ensure financial stability.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on accounting data, producing accurate financial statements and variance analyses for management review.
• Establish, enforce, and update accounting policies and procedures; coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team, assign projects, recommend improvements, and support the financial management team to meet organizational objectives.
• Possesses excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Demonstrates strong time management and leadership abilities, effectively prioritizing and supervising multiple tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic, Management or other related fields.
