Requirement:

• Having more than 8 years of proven experience in project control, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting for projects in the oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, geothermal, or power plant sectors.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to effectively manage and control project performance.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Experience in managing project budgets, preparing cost estimates, and performing cost forecasting and variance analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with a proactive approach to project control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, including project teams, contractors, and clients.
• Proficient in driving a manual car and possessing a valid, relevant driver's license.
• Good English with minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is required, with professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS) considered a plus.
