Field HSE Supervisor
Project-based
report to the HSE Manager/Construction Manager
Riau, Indonesia
up to IDR 20 Million per month
Requirement:
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management within the energy sector, including oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, geothermal, or power plant projects.
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 45001, OSHA, OHSAS 18001, API, IEC standards).
- Demonstrated experience in conducting HSE inspections, audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments on construction sites.
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and promote safety culture.
- Proficient in conducting safety training and awareness sessions for diverse project teams and contractors.
- Familiarity with HSE management software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Valid certification as a AK3 Kemnaker/BNSP, or equivalent is mandatory highly preferred.
- Proficient in driving a manual car and possessing a valid, relevant driver's license.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline is required; additional certifications or training in HSE management will be an advantage.
