Field Construction Supervisor
Project-based
report to the Construction Manager
Riau, Indonesia
up to IDR 23 Million per month
Requirement:
- Having more than 8 years of proven experience in planning, execution, and supervision of construction work on projects related to oil & gas facilities, petrochemical plants, mining, geothermal, and power plants.
- Oversee the execution of construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and field supervision also experience working on large-scale construction or industrial projects is a plus.
- Proficient in driving a manual car and possessing a valid, relevant driver's license.
- Have good leadership, problem solving & communication skills as well as being hardworking, disciplined, reliable and teamwork.
- Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
