Requirement:

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in the footwear industry, with lead and manage the production handover process, ensuring a seamless, structured, and sustainable transition from commercialization and development stages into mass production, with all processes validated and production-ready.
• Drive process consistency and repeatability across the manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring that technical requirements, production methods, workflows, and manufacturing standards are clearly established before moving into mass production.
• Lead the implementation of ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) throughout development and commercialization processes to improve manufacturing quality, speed, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
• Drive manufacturing process standardization across the supply base, including alignment of basic machinery, workflows, production methods, and manufacturing environments, while ensuring successful implementation from sample development through production.
• Partner closely with development, commercialization, production, quality, and supplier teams to identify manufacturing risks, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth execution throughout the product development-to-production lifecycle.
• Lead quality KPI and claim improvement initiatives, supporting claim analysis and Corrective Action Plans (CAP), identifying root causes, and translating lessons learned into preventive actions for future developments and production processes.
• Monitor and drive achievement of annual manufacturing and quality KPIs, using data and operational insights to identify improvement opportunities, strengthen production performance, and support continuous improvement across the supply base.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
