Requirement:

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience oversee all transactions within the Finance & Accounting Department, including finance, accounting, tax, general logistics, and asset management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including month-end and year-end processes, accounts receivable, payroll, utilities, general ledger, and check runs.
• Manage treasury functions such as cash receipts, cash forecasting, budgeting, and capital asset reconciliations to ensure financial stability.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on accounting data, producing accurate financial statements and variance analyses for management review.
• Establish, enforce, and update accounting policies and procedures; coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team, assign projects, recommend improvements, and support the financial management team to meet organizational objectives.
• Possesses excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Demonstrates strong time management and leadership abilities, effectively prioritizing and supervising multiple tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economic, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
