Requirement:

• Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience of Primavera P6 & Scheduling Expertise in construction planning and scheduling, including at least 3+ years of direct experience working on Data Center construction projects. Experience in large-scale, complex construction projects is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with proven experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Strong ability to review and assess Master Schedule Programs (MSP), evaluate schedule health, identify gaps and risks, perform critical path analysis, and ensure schedules accurately reflect project requirements and remaining works.
• Proven experience in forensic planning, delay analysis, and Time Impact Analysis (TIA), with the ability to review contractor submissions, assess schedule impacts, and provide technically sound feedback and recommendations to the construction team and general contractors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to schedule review meetings with contractors, client construction teams, and cross-functional project stakeholders, while effectively communicating risks, recovery actions, and project priorities.
• Highly analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple scheduling activities simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment, identify emerging issues, and work collaboratively with project teams to develop practical mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication and presentation skills are mandatory. The ability to prepare and present complex scheduling information to both technical and senior stakeholders is essential. AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline, with a strong understanding of construction planning, project controls, and scheduling principles.
