Construction Manager

Project-based
report to the Project Manager

up to IDR 50 Million per month

Requirement:

  • Having more than 12 years of comprehensive experience in Construction Management across various sectors, with a minimum of 8 years in projects or facilities related to oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining, geothermal energy, or power plants.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager for EPC/EPCI projects or as the principal construction representative in projects for multinational oil & gas or petrochemical companies, civil engineering, mining, geothermal, or power generation, with single contract values of at least IDR 200 billion, managing no less than 200 contractor personnel, including subcontractors.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction aspects, including construction techniques, HSE (K3L) applications on-site, constructibility reviews, quality standards, progress measurement methods, pre-commissioning, and commissioning processes.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership in HSE, capable of enforcing safety protocols and promoting a safety conscious work environment.
  • Proficiency in business administration processes and a solid understanding of contract principles and legal frameworks.
  • Strong managerial skills with the ability to facilitate coordination, mentorship, coaching, and effective networking.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver motivational presentations and innovative proposals (in both Bahasa Indonesia and English) as part of the selection and interview process.
  • Proficient in driving a manual car and possessing a valid, relevant driver's license.
  • Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
