Construction Lead

report to the Construction Manager

Requirement:
- Having more than 10 years of experience in planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects, including a minimum of 5 years as a Lead or Superintendent of Construction on projects related to oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining, geothermal energy, or power plants.
- Ability to identify potential problems or issues promptly and provide sound technical advice to contractors, facilitating effective and efficient construction execution.
- Fully proficient in construction scheduling and productivity measurement methods.
- Extensive knowledge of various construction equipment specifications, operational procedures, and construction techniques and methodologies.
- Strong understanding and capability to implement and oversee safety practices in daily field activities of the supervising construction contractors.
- Demonstrated strong supervisory skills, with high proficiency in communication, facilitation, coordination, mentoring, coaching, and networking.
- Proficient in driving a manual car and possessing a valid, relevant driver's license.
- Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
