Requirement:

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in hospital and commercial referral functions, with a proven track record in building referral networks, driving patient volume growth, and managing strategic partnerships across healthcare institutions.
• Lead the development of new referral partnerships while strengthening long-term collaboration with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and key healthcare institutions.
• Act as the primary commercial ambassador to medical stakeholders, building trust-based relationships that drive sustainable referral pipelines.
• Take full ownership of individual revenue targets, translating referral strategies into consistent, high-quality revenue performance.
• Develop and implement strategic market mapping and account segmentation, identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing high-value referral sources.
• Prepare and present structured visit, pipeline, and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making and commercial planning.
• Uphold service excellence and corporate standards, ensuring all activities align with company policies while executing additional strategic assignments from management. 
• Possesses outstanding leadership, effective planning, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to foster strong collaboration across departments.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.  A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
