Requirement:

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in senior agrochemical or crop protection management, with extensive B2B and B2C expertise in managing national distributor networks, plantation accounts, and local retail stores (kiosks); demonstrating a strong track record in driving nationwide route-to-market strategies, channel partner relationships, and overall business operations across Indonesia.
• ⁠Proven experience in full Profit & Loss (P&L) management, with a clear track record of delivering revenue targets, managing gross margins, controlling trade spending, mitigating credit exposure (DSO), and executing commercial risk management strategies.
• ⁠Strong ability to build long-term commercial strategies while overseeing daily operations, sales productivity, new territory expansion, and S&OP alignment, synchronizing demand forecasting with seasonal planting cycles, weather patterns, and inventory flow.
• ⁠Deep knowledge and extensive network within the Indonesian agricultural landscape, covering major plantation accounts, distributor sell-in/sell-out management, inventory health monitoring, and localized market penetration across retail channels.
• ⁠Proven ability to lead, coach, and build high-performing sales teams (RSMs, ASMs, TSMs) while driving cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Regulatory, and Technical/R&D.
• ⁠Established track record in government relations, building strategic partnerships with external entities, key accounts, public bodies (Ministry of Agriculture), and industry associations to ensure regulatory compliance, accelerate product approvals, and drive market expansion.
• ⁠Possess strong business acumen, sales drive, strategic leadership, and extensive B2B and B2C experience in the local field, backed by proactive risk management, excellent communication skills, and a solid track record of driving company growth.
• Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field.
