Corporate HSE Manager

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 18 years of proven experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) 360' management including deep expertise in Process Safety Management (PSM), Emergency Response Planning, and Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS) within multi-project EPC Oil & Gas, petrochemical, geothermal, or power plant projects.
  • Develop and continuously improve corporate HSE management systems aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 standards to ensure a robust safety framework across all projects.  
  • Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, and control measures (HIRADC) for large-scale engineering and construction projects, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.  
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant local and international regulations, including Migas, OSHA, and EPA standards, across all project phases.  
  • Review, approve, and oversee project-specific HSE plans, ensuring they meet contractual and regulatory requirements during bidding and execution.  
  • Conduct incident investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), report findings to senior leadership, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.  
  • Oversee safety audits, performance evaluations, and training programs to build a strong safety culture and ensure continuous HSE improvement on-site
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities while maintaining keen attention to detail.
  • Hold a valid certification as a AK3 Kemnaker/BNSP and international standards (NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, IOSH) or equivalent is mandatory highly preferred.
  • Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or related discipline is required; additional certifications or training in HSE management will be an advantage.
