Requirement:

• Minimum of 15 years of senior management experience overseeing the financial health of hospital units, driving revenue growth, enhancing profitability, and ensuring sustainable expansion through strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversee all hospital departments, including HR, Finance, Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Procurement, Medical & Nursing, Facilities, Marketing, Quality, Risk Management, etc. and spearhead major projects such as hospital construction & service launches to ensure seamless and efficient hospital operations.
• Leverage Data-Driven Decision Making & Analytical Insights: Utilize robust analytics and KPIs to monitor hospital performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and financial sustainability.
• Patient-Centric Innovation: Drive initiatives focused on enhancing patient experience, accessibility, and loyalty through technological and service innovations. Lead the development and launch of new services, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Foster Collaboration & Governance: Cultivate a culture of collaboration, good governance, and continuous improvement by build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to driving organizational growth and service excellence.
• Possessing a strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset, with a deep commitment to patient-centric principles and service excellence, complemented by excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, alongside an entrepreneurial drive to thrive in ambiguity and consistently deliver impactful results.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fluency in English (spoken and written). A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
