Chief Growth Officer
Requirement:
- Minimum of 15 years of senior management experience in healthcare business development, marketing, or strategic growth roles, with proven success in leading growth initiatives within hospital or healthcare organizations, a demonstrated track record of driving significant revenue growth in complex healthcare or service environments, and a strong history of structuring and executing strategic partnerships.
- Spearhead the development and execution of strategies to accelerate the group's revenue growth outside of core hospital services, achieving a threefold increase over 6 years, while expanding clinic verticals such as eye care, dental, and other specialties, and collaborating with hospital directors on cross-hospital initiatives to improve growth, profitability, and key KPIs.
- Clinic & Specialty Service Expansion: Own growth strategies and P&L for outpatient clinics, launching new services and optimizing existing offerings to sustainably increase volume and revenue.
- Cross-Hospital Growth & Profitability: Lead initiatives with hospital management to develop shared referral channels, bundled services, and aligned pricing, ensuring scalable impact through collaboration.
- Strategic Partnerships & Market Development: Forge and negotiate alliances with corporates, insurers, and tech partners to expand reach, access, and revenue leveraging existing group infrastructure.
- Data-Driven Growth Strategy: Utilize analytics and KPIs to inform decision-making, continuously testing and scaling impactful growth levers across offline and online channels.
- Patient-Centric Innovation: Drive initiatives focused on enhancing patient experience, accessibility, and loyalty through technological and service innovations.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and mentor high-performing teams, while engaging internal and external stakeholders to align goals, foster collaboration, and ensure successful execution.
- Possessing a strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset, with a deep commitment to patient-centric principles and service excellence, complemented by excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, alongside an entrepreneurial drive to thrive in ambiguity and consistently deliver impactful results.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fluency in English (spoken and written). A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
