Requirement:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in facility/civil project management, including 5 years in a managerial role, with a strong background in handling construction projects across oil & gas, fertilizer, chemical/petrochemical, and manufacturing industries, as well as overseeing infrastructure maintenance and facility and services operations on site.
• Oversee daily facility maintenance and infrastructure operations while leading civil construction projects to meet quality, timeline, and budget targets.
• Manage site camp operations and develop, monitor, and control annual budgets, with hands-on involvement in budget calculation and cost control for civil and facility projects/operation.
• Verify BOQs, evaluate vendor performance, approve invoices, and ensure compliance with SMK3 and SML standards.
• Implement internal controls, monitor non-conformities, drive corrective actions, and continuously improve processes and cost efficiency.
• Holds relevant certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer, SMK3, Environmental). Having training experience in project management, construction safety, facility systems, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Have strong leadership and strategic planning with excellent communication and negotiation ability.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
