Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of proven leadership experience in corporate and retail funding within the banking industry, with deep expertise in fund-raising strategies, strong managerial capabilities, and comprehensive understanding of banking regulations and risk management to drive sustainable funding growth.
• Lead strategic client acquisition and portfolio expansion by identifying new corporate funding opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients to drive sustainable growth.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with corporate clients,delivering tailored funding solutions aligned with business needs and long-term partnership objectives.
• Drive business development initiatives through regular client engagement, strategic visits, and value-driven advisory to enhance client loyalty and optimize funding portfolio performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with risk, credit, operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution and effective issue resolution.
• Lead and execute strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by senior management, supporting organizational growth and business transformation objectives.
• Demonstrate continuous professional development and market awareness to strengthen funding strategies, enhance competitive positioning, and deliver high impact business outcomes.
• Demonstrates exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills, effectively influencing stakeholders, building strategic partnerships, and delivering compelling funding solutions that drive business growth.
