Requirement:

  • Minimum 8 years of FMCG or related sector expertise, preferably with field sales in beverages, adept at leveraging a strategic blend of sales, marketing, procurement, and data analysis to optimize sales, maximize margins, and elevate overall performance driving growth and exceeding consumer and company objectives with innovative precision.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with local distributor partners to identify untapped sales and execution opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights and on-the-ground intelligence for impactful market penetration.
  • Conduct comprehensive SWOT analyses and trade landscape assessments by region, utilizing market visit insights to craft targeted strategies that outpace competitors and capitalize on market gaps.
  • Forge strong partnerships with field sales teams to develop cohesive, data-backed joint business plans with key commercial accounts, ensuring aligned objectives and sustained growth.
  • Develop sophisticated dashboards and analytics on sales, market share, distribution, and productivity metrics, enabling real-time decision-making and strategic pivots for maximum impact.
  • Lead the building and execution of activity plans and budgets, while maintaining high standards of monitoring and evaluation across all commercial activities ensuring operational excellence and consistent trade activation success.
  • A dynamic professional with a proven track record of transforming data into impactful actions and insights using MS PowerPoint and Excel, exceptional bilingual interpersonal skills, and a strong willingness to travel for local distributor and market visits key to driving success in this role.
  • Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields; a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
