Compensation & Benefit Senior Manager

Requirement:

  • Minimum 10 years of strong proven track record in various and complex Compensation Practices, Salary & Reward structures/benchmarks, incentive frameworks, job evaluation, and Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Design, develop and implement competitive compensation & benefits packages aligned with company strategy & business goals.
  • Conducting detailed research on salaries and labor markets to ensure remuneration policies are competitive.
  • Manage year-end performance, bonus, and salary reviews.
  • Preparing Annual Business Plan report analysis related to manpower planning allocation.
  • Preparing monthly audits and reports and presenting them to the higher management.
  • Develop programs to improve the performance, engagement, and satisfaction of employees.
  • Ensuring all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws also overseeing all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department.
  • Supervise team and provide HR support to employees.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills, strategic management of workforce, strong analytical and problem-solving skills also having ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related fields.
