Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a managerial role with a solid understanding of the labor industry or related government regulations, including foundational knowledge of business management, finance, and employment-related regulations, as well as PJTKI.
• Ensure the effective, efficient, and regulation-compliant operation of Indonesian labor placement services (PJTKI), while serving as the strategic driver for business development, overseeing daily operations, and acting as the primary liaison between the CEO, employees, sponsors, and government agencies.
• Provide leadership and general management by overseeing all operational activities with a small team, translating the CEO’s vision into actionable plans, and guiding employees to work effectively, discipline, and target-oriented.
• Drive business development and sponsorship growth by building and expanding the sponsorship network, establishing partnerships with labor users, training institutions, and strategic partners, and engaging in presentations, negotiations, and outreach to potential sponsors.
• Ensure all recruitment, training, and deployment processes comply with government regulations, oversee administrative and licensing documentation, and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Manage the company's operational budget efficiently, prepare business, sponsorship, and financial reports for the CEO, and provide strategic recommendations on financing and fund allocation to support company growth.
• Strong  leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; extensive networks with sponsors, client companies, and government agencies are an advantage; and the ability to multitask, adapt, and thrive in a small team environment.
• Good in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Law, International Relations, or other related fields.
