Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the finance, fintech, investment, or crowdfunding sectors, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity, coupled with solid knowledge of OJK regulations concerning securities crowdfunding and investment products.
• Manages, supervises, and ensures all securities crowdfunding business operations comply with regulations, optimize efficiency, and drive sustainable growth; serves as a strategic leader, operational overseer, and key intermediary between the CEO and divisions to achieve optimal performance while upholding investor and issuer confidence.
• Provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Operations, Marketing, and Finance divisions; effectively translates the CEO’s vision into actionable, measurable plans; and cultivates a high-performance team through motivation, development, and performance evaluation to achieve organizational objectives.
• Ensures full compliance of all crowdfunding platform operations with OJK regulations and applicable standards; supervises issuer onboarding, eligibility assessment, and documentation processes; and proactively identifies operational risks, developing and implementing robust mitigation measures.
• Designs and executes comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new investors and issuers; elevates brand visibility to position the platform as a trusted industry leader; and fosters strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, investor networks, and supporting organizations.
• Oversees cash flow management, budgeting, and optimal utilization of operational funds; supervises crowdfunding transaction administration, fund disbursement, and financial reporting; and prepares comprehensive financial statements and business progress reports for the CEO.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and networking abilities; highly analytical and detail-focused, with proven success in managing projects within strict deadlines and targets; adaptable in leading small teams (around 15 members) through a collaborative and inclusive leadership approach.
• Good in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business, Finance, Legal or other related fields.
