Building and Facilities Coordinator
Requirement:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Facilities or Building Management, preferably within property, retail, corporate office, or multi-site operational environments. At least 5 years supervising facility teams, technicians, or building operations staff, including performance management, coaching, capability development, and workforce planning.
- Strong technical knowledge in building systems and utilities management, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, building security, and preventive & corrective maintenance programs to ensure operational reliability and workplace safety.
- Proven experience in office renovation and fit-out project management, including project planning, budgeting, contractor coordination, execution monitoring, and ensuring timely project completion.
- Solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles, with the ability to implement workplace safety standards, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure a safe and productive working environment.
- Experienced in vendor and contractor management, including coordinating maintenance services, facility upgrades, technical installations, and ensuring service quality across multiple operational locations.
- Strong capability in developing and improving facility operational SOPs, asset management systems, and preventive maintenance strategies, supported by structured reporting on facility conditions, project progress, and budget utilization.
- Experience supporting internal and external audit processes (such as OJK, ISO, or compliance audits) will be an advantage, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and operational coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field, with a solid understanding of building infrastructure systems and workplace environment management.
